Parliamentary vice speaker congratulates Armenia on Constitution Day

PanARMENIAN.Net - The vice speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia Samvel Balasanyan congratulated his compatriots on Constitution Day.

In his congratulatory message, the vice speaker emphasized historic meaning of the Constitution, characterizing it as a symbol of the independent state, solidarity and stability.

“I’m confident that the Constitution, adopted in 1995 and amended in 2005, is a firm basis for the further development and prosperity of our country,” Balasanyan stressed.
