In his congratulatory message, the vice speaker emphasized historic meaning of the Constitution, characterizing it as a symbol of the independent state, solidarity and stability. “I’m confident that the Constitution, adopted in 1995 and amended in 2005, is a firm basis for the further development and prosperity of our country,” Balasanyan stressed.
