 Heritage urges to populate Artsakh’s liberated territories July 7, 2011 - 16:11 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Heritage opposition party calls on Armenia and Karabakh authorities to populate the liberated territories of NKR, with 10000 people settled annually. According to Heritage report, the process must be accelerated in view of rapid emigration of refugees, who, left without means of survival, are leaving Armenia. Heritage characterized the re-settlement as the best way to neutralize Azerbaijan’s actions aimed towards escalation of tensions in the region.
