Vic Darchinyan: it’s been my wish to have a combat in my motherland

PanARMENIAN.Net - IBO bantamweight champion Vic Darchinyan shared his further plans in a conversation with a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

“In 10 days, I will leave for Tsakhkadzor to get ready for my Yerevan –hosted clash,” the boxer said.

On September 3 in Yerevan, the Armenian-born boxer will defend his title in a combat against Namibian boxer Paulus Ambunda.

Darchinyan has arrived in Armenia on July 15 to attend Armenian Boxing Championship.

“It’s been my wish to have a combat in my motherland and in 7 weeks, I’ll offer my fans a chance to enjoy the match,” Darchinyan said.
