Aram Khachaturyan house-museum launches Polish Musical Thursdays seriesAugust 5, 2011 - 16:00 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Aram Khachaturyan house-museum in Yerevan launches a series of concerts within Polish Musical Thursdays starting on a third Thursdays of each month. The idea is a brainchild of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Poland to Armenia Zdzislaw Raczynski. The concert series under the motto Musical travel will be opened by Khachaturyan-trio. The violinist of the trio Karen Shahgaldyan told PanARMENIAN.Net reporter that the works of composers of various periods and countries will be presented at the concert: from Chopin to Khachaturyan. The concert entrance is free. Khachaturian trio was founded as trio “Arsika” in 1999. In 2008 Trio took name of an outstanding Armenian composer Aram Khachaturian.
