ICRC representatives visit Armenian captives in Azerbaijan

PanARMENIAN.Net - Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) visited 3 Armenian POWs and a 5-member family in Azerbaijani captivity.

The ICRC members handed over 4 letters and received 5 to be conveyed to the relatives of the captives, Trend News quoted spokesperson of the Azerbaijani government Shahla Gahramanova as saying.

According to an agreement achieved between the two countries, Azerbaijan transferred civilian Arutr Badalyan to the Armenian side, which, in turn, transferred serviceman Anar Gajiyev on March 17, 2011.
