No legal proceedings against LiveJournal hackersAugust 22, 2011 - 17:51 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Russian law enforcers will not initiate legal proceedings regarding the DDoS attacks on LiveJournal hosting in March and April 2011, Gazeta.ru reported citing a source in the Interior Ministry. Investigators said that it’s impossible to identify the hackers because of the large number of users, who exercised the attacks.
