Mandate on visa regime facilitation to be issued prior to EaP summitSeptember 6, 2011 - 14:01 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Polish ambassador to Armenia Zdzislaw Raczynski believes that a mandate on visa regime facilitation with the Eastern Partnership participant states will be issued prior to the EaP summit in Warsaw in late September. According to the ambassador, Armenia experiences some problems regarding free trade zone creation. “Armenia should first settle market monopolization issues and develop reforms,” he said. During the EU Foreign Ministers’ gathering in Sopot on September 2-3, Poland suggested complete economic integration with the EaP states. The Eastern Partnership summit of heads of states and governments of EU countries and the Eastern Partnership countries will be held in Warsaw on September 29-30, 2011. An assessment of the achievements to date, and the increase of EU commitment to its Eastern partners will be the main aim of the summit. The summit should increase the pace of further improvement of mutual relations and of EU integration. During the summit there will be an informal dinner, two plenary sessions, and a common declaration will be signed.
