Armenia 33rd for mobile subscribers number in Global Competitiveness Report![]() September 7, 2011 - 14:07 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The number of mobile subscribers was listed among Armenia's achievements in 2011-2012 Global Competitiveness Report. As the head of Economy and Values Research Center Manuk Hergnyan told a September 7 news conference in Yerevan, the report ranked Armenia 33rd among 142 countries worldwide, with results shown testifying to increased availability of high technologies. Based on updated data Armenia submitted to International Telecommunication Union, the country was listed 86th (+22) for number of broadband internet users; 68th (+11) for internet use and 116th (+11) for high technologies' availability.
