"Moscow" celebrations hall opens in Martakert

PanARMENIAN.Net - On September 16, the President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan visited the Martakert regional center to participate in Moscow celebrations hall opening ceremony.

At the ceremony, President Sahakyan thanked Martakert All-Russian philanthropic public organization for its patriotic undertaking in the framework of Artsakh-Diaspora cooperation.

Members of the NKR parliament and cabinet of ministers, member of the Central Board of the “Spravedlivaya Rossiya” Party Aleksey Mitrofanov, other officials, Armenian and foreign guests partook in the event, Central Information Department at Artsakh President's Office reported.
