  Armenian Defense Minister, Public Council focus on key army issues September 28, 2011 - 16:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On September 28, Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan met with the members of the Ministry’s Public Council. At the meeting, head of the Council Gegham Harutyunyan briefed those present on the Council’s activity as well as suggestions envisaging boosting discipline and prevention of incidents in the armed forces. Praising the Council’s mission, the Minister urged to promote a dialogue between the army and the society, thus assisting to solution of key problems in the army, Armenian Defense Ministry’s press service reported.
