  Former NKR FM: Sargsyan will support Kocharian over Ter-Petrossian October 7, 2011 - 14:34 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Former Foreign Minister of Artsakh Republic believes current President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan to be standing the most chance in a race against 1st and 2nd Presidents Levon Ter-Petrossian and Robert Kocharian. “Besides, both Ter-Petrossian and Kocharian tend to support Sargsyan to prevent each other’s win,” Arman Melikyan explained. As he told a news conference in Yerevan, “Sargsyan might also support Kocharian, yet on his own terms.” “I believe the situation will persist until new political developments or a change in the agenda of Armenian National Congress (ANC) opposition bloc, if the latter agrees to demand provision of fair elections instead of pre-term ones,” Melikyan said.
