Having briefed Mr. Jagland on recent developments in Armenia, Mr. Papikyan stressed the necessity of establishing a specific Armenia-CoE cooperation program, also noting Armenia’s readiness to support CoE reforms. The Secretary General, in turn, noted Armenia’s active involvement in CoE activities, expressing readiness to use the Council’s experience to contribute to CoE member states.
