  Armenian President bestows Mkhitar Gosh medal on OSCE mission head October 31, 2011 - 14:21 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan met with the head of the OSCE Office in Yerevan, Sergey Kapinos, who is completing his mission in Armenia. Thanking Mr. Kapinos for strengthening bilateral relations, President Sargsyan hailed the OSCE mission for implementation of programs which highly contributed to the reform process in the country and honored him with Mkhitar Gosh medal. For his part, Mr. Kapinos thanked the Armenian President for demonstration of political and determination to carry out democratic reforms.
