Representatives of Google, Twitter, TechCrunch to make presentations at ArmNet 2011 conference

PanARMENIAN.Net - On December 3, Yerevan will host Conference on internet and high technology as second one in the series of ArmNet 2011 events. The conference is devoted to innovative ideas: cloud technologies and mobile internet, project organizers said.

“Today all websites are available to smartphone owners. Spread of smartphones in Armenia will expand use of mobile Internet”, President of Internet Society of Armenia Igor Mkrtumyan said.

Representatives of leading companies will make presentations at the conference: Robin Waters from TechCrunch ՏՏ, Stanislav Vidyaev from Google, Director of @twittereng's Application Services, Communications Manager at Opera Software Vladimir Isaev and others.

3 events will be featured this year, Armnet Awards 2011, to award creators of best websites; ArmNet conference, hosting leading IT experts from Opera Software, Begun, Google, Twitter and Start-Up Weekend innovation contest, enabling the winner to start his own business based on his innovative idea.

ArmNet project was organized by SPMS, Orange Armenia and Internet Society of Armenia.
