Brussels to host EU-Armenia Cooperation Council meeting next week

PanARMENIAN.Net - Brussels will host EU-Armenia Cooperation Council sitting next week, Armenian Foreign Minister stated.

At a joint briefing with Catherine Ashton, the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Edward Nalbandian noted active development of bilateral relations in the framework of Association Agreement, including negotiations for free trade zone and visa regime facilitation.

As the Minister noted, Armenia welcomes activities of European experts contributing to implementation of reforms in Armenia.

Catherine Ashton arrived in Armenia Nov 17 on the sidelines of her visit to South Caucasus.
