Serzh Sargsyan: Armenia aims to strengthen ties with African Union

PanARMENIAN.Net - Newly appointed Senegal’s ambassador to Armenia Mamadou Saliou Diouf (residence in Moscow) submitted credentials to Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan.

Congratulating the ambassador on the appointment, the President emphasized the importance of Armenia’s cooperation with the Union of African States.

The parties further stressed collaboration within international organizations as essential for the development of bilateral ties.

Discussion of regional issues was also on meeting agenda, presidential press service reported.
