VivaCell-MTS awarded Best Customer Experience certificateDecember 9, 2011 - 17:43 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - VivaCell-MTS has been awarded “Best Customer Experience” certificate by the National Association of Consumers, and another special certificate “For the accomplishments in the sphere of communication, provision of high-quality services, building trust among its subscribers, and its unique place in the consumer market.” The award ceremony was held in the framework of an event celebrating the 20th anniversary of consumer movement in Armenia. The National Association of Consumers aims to protect consumer rights in all economy sectors, boost consumer consciousness, foster preservation of people’s health and formation of healthy future generation. The nominated companies were determined based on long-term marketing and monitoring research by independent expert group and honorary members of the Armenian Consumers National Academy. Over six years VivaCell-MTS managed to build an extensive network of service centers throughout Armenia with a capacity to serve over 2.5 million subscribers.
