Real Estate Cadastre State Committee to shift work order in 2012December 27, 2011 - 15:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Today, December 27, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan visited renovated Arabkir territorial department of State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre to familiarize himself with the course of Committee activity. As Chairman of the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre Ervand Zakharyan noted in 2009 RA President tasked the committee management with making department activity more transparent. He noted that European expertise helped to develop a reform package that was approved by both government and parliament. According to Mr. Zakharyan, only 11 out of 51 territorial departments of State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre will operate in 2012. Provision of information and real estate registration will also be changed, the latter to be carried out in any office of State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre. The reform also envisages simplification of payment order for cadastre services, as well as elimination of mandatory notarization of real estate transactions.
