Armenian gymnast qualifies for 2012 Summer Olympic Games

PanARMENIAN.Net - Europe’s 2010 youth champion Arthur Davtyan has qualified for 2012 Summer Olympic Games after coming 12th in London-hosted Olympic gymnastics test event.

Scoring 84,2 points, 19-year old champion gained the right to participate in the Olympics, Armenian Gymnastics Federation told PanARMENIAN.Net

Davtyan is the second gymnast representing the independent Republic of Armenia to participate in the Olympiad after Norayr Sargsyan.

On January 13, Armenian gymnast will perform in Olympic test event final.
