Avetik Grigoryan climbs 5th in Moscow Open round 6

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian grandmaster Avetik Grigoryan tied a game with Russia’s Alexey Reshetnikov the 6th round of Moscow Open’s Student Grandmaster Cup to climb 5th with 3 points.

Russia’s Yaroslav Zherebukh is leading the tournament with 4 points.

In round 7, Grigoryan will face off against Turkey’s Mustafa Yilmaz.

David Shahinyan, Artur Gharagyozian, Tigran K Harutyunian, Manuel Petrosyan, as well as Lilit Galojan, Evgeniya Doluhanova, Karina Ambartsumova are representing Armenia at National Cup stage among men and women respectively.
