According to Minister Ohanyan, army reforms are implemented in accordance with the plan. Several Armenian and Foreign media outlets have notified of a conflict between Armenian Defense Minister and armed forces general staff chief, with army reforms not being implemented thoroughly due to the countermeasures by RA armed forces leadership headed by Khachaturov.
