Defense Minister: Armenian army will maintain neutrality during elections

PanARMENIAN.Net - Though military personnel like ordinary Armenian citizens may back separate political forces, armed forces must maintain neutrality, according to Armenian Defense Minister.

“We will try to adhere to the provisions of the Constitution,” Seyran Ohanyan said, dwelling on the forthcoming parliamentary elections.
