NATO rep. says Alliance backs OSCE MG format

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with NATO Secretary General’s Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia James Appathurai.

The parties discussed Armenia-NATO cooperation, focusing on strengthening of collaboration in the framework of Partnership for Peace (PfP) and Individual Partnership Action Plan (IPAP).

Minister Nalbandian further briefed Mr. Appathurai on Armenia’s activity on the threshold the of oncoming NATO summit in Chicago, Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement process, with NATO representative stressing his support for OSCE Minsk Group format.
