  NASDAQ OMX Armenia registers Panarmenian Bank as market participant February 15, 2012 - 16:39 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On Feb 15, 2012, Panarmenian Bank ojsc was registered as a Market participant at NASDAQ OMX Armenia and granted the right to participate in credit resources market. Panarmenian Bank will operate under PNARB exchange code. Panarmenian Bank ojsc was established in 2011 as an investment bank, which aims to mobilize long-term resources from the international financial institutions and development-orientated private sources to finance investment projects of private enterprises. As of today overall 32 banks and investment companies are members and market participants at NASDAQ OMX Armenia, of which 25 are members, while the rest 7 are market participants.
