CSTO Sec. Gen. to visit Armenia in March

PanARMENIAN.Net - Fall 2012 will see conduction of large-scale Collective Rapid Reaction Force (RRF) maneuvers with all CSTO member-states participating.

“Participation will be carried out either through that of military forces or through separate task forces,” CSTO Secretary General Nikolai Bordyuzha said during Yerevan-Moscow-Astana-Kyiv-Chisinau space bridge.

On the occasion of coordination of exercise conduction in late February, CSTO representatives will arrive in Yerevan to hold meetings with Armenian leadership. March envisages Bordyuzha’s visit to Yerevan aimed at discussing agreements reached with Armenian authorities.

Dwelling on military and technical cooperation between Armenia and Russia, CSTO Secretary General noted 4 agreements reached between the two countries stipulating “operation of RA armed forces service centers in the nearest future.”
