Armenian hackers targeted Azeri websites for attacking Artsakh sites

PanARMENIAN.Net - For the past three days Azerbaijani hackers attacked several government websites of Artsakh such as karabakh.net , gov.nkr.am, nkr.am, government.nkr.am, shoushi.nk.am and others, leaving posters on Khojalu events.

As a punitive measure, Armenian Cyber Army hacker group targeted several Azeri websites placing a video and a xocali.net link there.

As information security expert Samvel Martirosyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, Azerbaijani hackers are used to targeting Armenian websites on the eve of Khojalu anniversaries, whereas retaliatory actions by Armenian groups are a new practice.

“There is a serious problem that needs to be coordinated. There was a similar situation in Armenia. After 2009, all RA governmental websites were taken under special supervision by national security. The NKR should follow Armenia’s suit,” the expert said.
