Initial reports said he won’t be nominated; then tycoon’s brother Saribek Sukiasyan declared his brother will run for the parliament. Spokesperson of Sil Group Anna Mkrtchyan told the paper’s reporter on March 1 that Khachatur Sukiasyan is on a business trip in China now, and will personally announce nomination of his candidacy after he is back in two days. President of Nushikyan Association Garegin Nushikyan is also going to run for the parliament in the same constituency.
