RPA resolution calls for fundamental changes in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - A resolution was adopted during the 13th congress of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA). It notes that RPA, having run for the parliament in 2007, achieved notable results both in domestic and foreign policy of the country.

“Under the slogan “For you, Armenia!" we ensured construction in Armenia, consolidated social coexistence and advanced our country’s positions in the world. RPA, henceforth, focuses on the RA citizen. The slogan “For you, Armenia!" will shift to “Best of Armenia for everyone,” the resolution reads.

According to the resolution, the economic growth or downscale in Armenia depends on impact of external factors.

“We strive for a systematic change. However that implies change in ourselves. Acknowledging that RPA assumes the mission of bringing to life those changes, mission of leadership,” the resolution says.

The resolution notes that RPA views parliamentary elections as “a tool to realize goals of the nation and statehood, calling on all patriotic citizens to join RPA in implementing the changes with faith in common capacities and potential.”

RPA attaches special importance to fighting corruption through engaging all methods and efforts in the struggle.

“Every change for the better strengthens the faith. This implies we must change to believe. The faith must be nourished with deeds. We have faith in the potential of our nation and statehood. Let’s believe in our ability to change ourselves and the country,” the party’s resolution reads.
