Iranian envoy: Iran takes steady stance in Karabakh issue

PanARMENIAN.Net - Iran's ambasasdor to Armenia Seyed Ali Sagayan delivered a speech during the opening of the conference dedicated to the 20the anniversary of establishment of Armenian-Iranian relations.

“A reliable bridge links Armenia and Iran which allows for dynamic cooperation and development between the two states especially in the field of culture,” Sagayan said.

The envoy noted that Iran continues to maintain friendly relations with all the countries of the world despite current tense situation.

“The Islamic Republic of Iran takes a steady position also on Nagorno-Karabakh conflict,” the ambassador said, noting that arms race has launched in world community, which would result in inevitable destruction.
