The U.S. prepares a draft bill forcing the foreign banks which have accounts in U.S. banks, to report all operations with Iran’s financial structures to U.S. Treasury. The U.S. Congress says European and Asian banks may hide their transactions subject to sanctions, which does not give the required information to the Treasury to penalize these banks. Armenian Central Bank said that Armenian banks publish their mutual accounts in other countries’ banks depending on their expediency, in particular, on their official websites.
