Yerevan-Tbilisi railway serviced 3,6  thous. passengers in Jan-Feb 2012

PanARMENIAN.Net - Volume of international passenger transport through the South Caucasus Railways (SCR) increased by 2,9% in January-February 2012. According to the latest statistical data, 3,6 thous. passengers were transported by Yerevan-Tbilisi –Yerevan trains against the 3,5 thous. of the same period in 2011.

“SCR overall serviced 67,3 thous. passengers during the first two months,” the company’s press service reported.

The SCR CJSC adheres to its policy of consistent boosting passenger service quality and the comfort levels. Works aimed at upgrading the railway vehicles, expanding the list of services offered, as well as enhancing the train speed serve the purpose.
