NKR citizens to get compensation for Artsakh Bank depositsMarch 20, 2012 - 14:34 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On March 20, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on preliminary compensation of NKR citizens’ devalued deposits in Artsakh Bank CJSC since 1993. According to the decree, from the financial means allocated under the law “On 2012 State Budget” the government has been entrusted to provide preliminary compensation of deposits belonging to citizens born before 1971 as well as citizens perished during the defense of the NKR and individuals of first disability group, Central Information Department of the Artsakh President's Office reported.
