Tevan Poghosyan noted MPs Khachatur Kokobelyan’s and Alexander Arzumanyan’s representation of Heritage parliamentary group as mere formality. “Free Democrats member Alexander Arzumanyan will be forced to renounce his parliamentary mandate if he resolves to leave Heritage group due to his being 4th in the list,” party representative said.
