  November 16 Armenian FM will Leave for Strasbourg to Take Part in CE Committee of Ministers 115th SessionNovember 15, 2005 - 17:26 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - November 16 Armenian FM Vartan Oskanian will leave for Strasbourg to take part in the 115th session of the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers, reported the Press Service of the Armenian MFA. Mr. Oskanian is scheduled to make a statement at the session of the CE Committee of Ministers November 17. The Armenian FM will leave for the US November 18 to take part in an annual telethon of Hayastan (Armenia) All-Armenian Fund in Los Angeles and San Francisco.
