New Cuban envoy presents copies of credentials to Deputy Foreign Minister![]() May 20, 2013 - 20:12 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A newly appointed Cuban ambassador to Armenia (residence in Moscow) Emilio Lozada Garcia presented copies of his credentials to Deputy Foreign Minister Ashot Hovakimian on Monday, May 20. According to Foreign Ministry press service, the parties further focused on the prospects of bilateral relations, boosting political dialogue, as well as cooperation in the framework of international organizations. The Deputy Foreign Minister also briefed the envoy on the efforts of Armenia and international community for peaceful settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict. Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
