Armenia and Chad Established Diplomatic Relations

PanARMENIAN.Net - December 26 in the Armenian Embassy in Russia the Ambassadors of Armenia Armen Smbatian and of the Republic of Chad Jibrin Abdul to the Russian Federation signed the Protocol on establishing diplomatic relations, reports the RA MFA press office. During a conversation that followed the ceremony the sides noted the importance of further development of relations between Armenia and Chad, specifically in political, economic and humanitarian fields.

Nalbandian said Armenia will further collaborate with the OSCE in an effort to reach a peaceful settlement of the Karabakh conflict.
“Germany fully supports the Minsk Group Co-chairs’ initiative of launching mechanisms of investigation into border incidents,” Kiesler said.
Hovhannisyan will replace Tigran Sargsyan, who was appointed the head the Eurasian Economic Commission last year.
Armenian President, Commander-in-Chief of Armed Forces Serzh Sargsyan held on December 18 consultations at the Ministry of Defense.
