MP: President warns against anti-Russian hysteriaApril 28, 2016 - 16:59 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - President Serzh Sargsyan on Wednesday, April 27 said nothing about a large-scale war, but he did say that [Karabakh forces] have regained control over some military positions, Armenia’s ruling Republican Party (RPA) MP Vazgen Karakhanyan said. A spokesperson for the Nagorno Karabakh Defense Army, however, refuted the return of positions on Wednesday. Karakahnyan said he knows nothing about Karabakh's refutation.
