Armenia, Nigeria develop bilateral cooperation

PanARMENIAN.Net - Nigeria's newly appointed ambassador to Armenia, Mohammad Abubakar Cikan (residence in Tehran) handed his credentials to RA President Serzh Sargsyantoday, the leader's press office told PanARMENIAN.Net



The Armenian President voiced assurance that this appointment will give a start to the Armenian-Nigerian relations and stressed the necessity to exchange information to clarify the fields of cooperation.



The two also discussed cooperation within international organizations, specifically the UN.

According to Edelgard Bulmahn, Germany's recognition of the Genocide will contribute to the establishment of peace in the region.
Davit Harutyunyan said an extraordinary session will be convened to discuss proposals for Electoral Code amendments.
"Some of the contracts have already been signed," Seyran Ohanyan said. "We'll do our best to have them in Armenia as soon as possible."
According to the MP, the President said “we have to do better to avoid surprise attacks by the rival and be able to adequately retaliate.”
