Interim Committee's conclusions based on comprehensive fact study

PanARMENIAN.Net - "The interim parliamentary committee investigating March 1, 2008 incidents was guided by Ombudsman's report and information obtained from international organizations," ARFD parliamentarian Artsvik Minasyan told journalists.



"Commission arrived at the conclusion that on March 1, law enforcement bodies did not undertake the investigative operations they were supposed to. All their measures were aimed at stopping mass rallies, i.e. the decision made remained on paper," Minasyan stressed.
