The address reads: “The 1915 Armenian Genocide was a crime against humanity, not against one nation. It is an unquestionable fact. No document can cast doubt on the fact of perpetration of the Genocide in the Ottoman Empire. Genocide cannot be a subject of political haggle… The mankind should witness repentance of Turkey, the organizer of the first Genocide of the 20th century.
