  Sergey Minasyan: Armenia will never agree to return Kelbajar even if threatened with warMay 24, 2010 - 12:37 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkish reports on possible return of liberated territories surrounding Nagorno Karabakh are the result of media unawareness, political analyst Sergey Minasyan said. “Kelbajar seems to the only region Turkish journalists have ever heard about. If they were well-informed they would understand the senselessness of such reports. Armenia will never agree to return Kelbajar even if threatened with war,” he said.
