  Hrayr Karapetyan: Armenian diplomatic bodies are non-productive May 24, 2010 - 16:10 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian diplomatic bodies wok unproductively, according to ARF Dashnaktsutyun secretary Hrayr Karapetyan . As he told a news conference in Yerevan, changes in Armenia’s foreign policy can no longer be put off. Hrayr Karapetyan emphasized the necessity of raising RA ambassadors’ awareness regarding Armenia’s position on various issues. Dwelling on ARFD demand for RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian’s resignation, he explained it by urgent necessity to alter the course of the country’s foreign policy.
