Hrayr Karapetyan emphasized the necessity of raising RA ambassadors’ awareness regarding Armenia’s position on various issues. Dwelling on ARFD demand for RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian’s resignation, he explained it by urgent necessity to alter the course of the country’s foreign policy.
