Baku bluffs threatening revenge

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan will not venture a new war, according to Konstantin Zatulin, director of the Institute of CIS Studies.

“Azerbaijan is developing economy and hostilities can frighten investors off. Threatening revenge is a mere bluff,” Zatulin told journalists in Yerevan.

“Azerbaijan is not a CSTO member and is not going to join EurAsEC. Azerbaijan is a member of GUAM designed as a counterbalance to CSTO and EurAsEC. So, Azerbaijan is a problematic country for Russia,” he said.
