  Luis Ayala: Social International cannot deal with Karabakh problem instead of OSCE Minsk Group June 12, 2010 - 16:43 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - During the June 12 conference of Social International Committee of CIS, Caucasian and Black Sea states in Yerevan, Vice-Chairman of the Azerbaijani Social-Democratic Party Saladdin Allahverdiyev noted that the OSCE Minsk Group format is inefficient and offered Social International (SI) to deal with the Karabakh conflict settlement. SI Secretary General Luis Ayala noted that the OSCE Minsk Group and SI are quite different structures. Besides, according to him, the Minsk group has been dealing with this problem for a long time. “Our structure can only facilitate establishment of a dialogue between the conflicting parties,” noted Ayala. For his part, representative of the ARF Dashnaktsutyun Supreme Body Armen Rustamyan stressed that NKR has self-determined in compliance with all laws and international norms, thus, Azerbaijan cannot lay claims to any territories.
