  Ilham Aliyev tries to secure himself June 22, 2010 - 14:50 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - With adoption of the bill on prolongation of the President and parliament’s authority, Ilham Aliyev just tries to secure himself, according to Stepan Safaryan, head of Heritage parliamentary group. “The Azerbaijani leaders failed to keep their promise to restore the “territorial integrity” of the country,” he said. “Aliyev knows what consequences this failure can entail.”   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult.
