According to PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan, His Holiness Catholicos of All Armenian Karekin II, as well as NKR Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan participated in the sitting. Chairman of the RA Constitutional Court Gagik Harutyunyan delivered a speech, noting the important role of the Constitution in Armenia's history. "If laws do not proceed from human rights, actually they cannot be considered to be laws," stressed Mr. Harutyunyan. Besides, he added that the Constitution is not a set of stiff dogmas, as it regulates the society's dynamic life. "It is necessary to eliminate the gap between the Constitution and society's real life," concluded Harutyunyan.
