Unified structure has to take charge of Armenians’ lawsuits against Turkey

PanARMENIAN.Net - International law expert Vladimir Vardanyan urges for formation of a unified structure to take charge of lawsuits filed by Genocide victims’ heirs against Turkey.

“A special body to coordinate lawsuit-related efforts and actions on a high level has to be created,” the expert noted.

When asked by PanARMENIAN.Net reporter whether Genocide victims’ heirs can address European Court of Human Rights to demand compensation of damage to property, Vladimir Vardanyan characterized the option named as possible and effective.
