 Artak Shakaryan: in Karabakh-related policy, Ankara gives first priority to territorial issue  August 18, 2010 - 15:13 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Turkish President has often been quoted as supporting Karabakh conflict settlement within Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity framework. However by “territorial integrity” he means 7 liberated regions, according to an expert Artak Shakaryan . As the expert told a news conference in Yerevan, Abdullah Gul did not specifically imply Artsakh. “In his statements, Turkish president repeatedly characterized Karabakh conflict as an issue subject to discussion,” Armenian expert noted. “In Karabakh-related policy, Ankara gives first priority to territorial issue,” Artak Shakaryan concluded.
