  Sergei Lavrov honored with St. Mesrop Mashtots Order  August 20, 2010 - 09:59 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - By Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan’s decree, Russian Foreign Minister was honored with St. Mesrop Mashtots Order. Sergei Lavrov was awarded for his contribution to development and strengthening of Armenian-Russian friendly relations, the presidential press office reported.
